They make me sick! Why can't they just be satisfied that they have way more than everything they could ever need when there are billions of people in the world suffering and starving?

It is sickening, but really many of them do not care. I had this richer guy tell me I and husband were poor because we were lazy. He knew I was disabled.

That's the problem, they DO have a sickness. It's like the old saying, "The more you get, the more you want". They worship money and material things and few give a second thought to anyone but themselves.

There is a reason Jesus said a rich man had a harder time getting into heaven then a camel through the eye of a needle. I think there are a few rich Christians but wealth especially in America leads to a very out of touch attitude and many do think that others "failed" on moral, spiritual and work levels where they "deserve" their poverty. They do often worship money and material things.

Greed at its best. This is why our country is in a mess because of greed.

Fidelity noted the wealthiest 5 percent of Americans hold more than 55 percent of the nation's wealth.
Think about that for a minute, really think about it.
