Tele-cert not working

I usually certify by Tele-cert. It hasn't been working for two days. Web-cert has been down since February 4.

Yikes, I have no experience with CA filing. I sent Mr Golf a PM to see if he has any advice or experience since he lives in CA.
Pretty bad if you can't file by phone or web. No instructions on the website?

Yep, the web cert has been down for that long - it says so on the website. The tele-cert just the last couple of days (when I need to certify lol).

Update
I mailed my paper form yesterday. Tele-cert started working last night. I called EDD and asked if I could certify by phone. They said yes and they automatically shred the paper duplicate when it arrives.
