Question on City Employment Written Test, I have never taken one before
So not more than 2 days after I have my little breakdown, I get in the mail a letter from the grand city of Portland (Or) telling me I have been selected for the written test for Water Meter Reader I. So my only question, had anyone taken one of these tests. This is the first time I have taken a civic type test and I can not find one online.

See if you can get this at your library that is if you get the job. I am not sure if it will help with the exam.

Thanks I will do that. I have already found a sample test online which looks pretty straight forward but I have never really worked at that level so I was not sure if it would be overtly technical, or just making sure I can read and think straight heh. Thanks.

Here's another link - scroll down about 3/4 of the page and you can download what looks like part of the test for Hillsborough.
