My step son went to school just outside of Burlington VT. They may have low
unemployment, but they sure ain't living the high life.

Honolulu has the worst underemployment problem in the nation. Sure people work more than 35 hours a week.....actually like 50 hours a week.....but that's because each person works 2-3 p/t jobs with no benefits. Unless you're rich there it sure ain't paradise.
