I have Recreated Pass HR589 Tier I Unemployment Extension for 99ers on Change.org
Perhaps we can get more people to notice on Change. org Here is what I have posted:
Pass HR589 Tier I Unemployment Extension for 99ers
The President of the United States + 2 others
STARTED BY
RC deWinter Middletown, CT
OVERVIEW
The long-term
unemployed (99ers) who have exhausted all state and federal benefits
need help just to survive - now!We need to speak out with one voice to
urge the President and Congress not to abandon those who have no income
through no fault of their own. Foreclosure, homelessness, hunger,
unmet medical needs and even suicide are our reality.
PETITION LETTER
Don't Abandon Your Fellow Americans
Mr. President and Members of Congress,
The long-term unemployed (99ers) who have exhausted all state and federal benefits need help just to survive.
We are speaking out with one voice to urge the you not to abandon
those who have no income through no fault of their own. Foreclosure,
homelessness, hunger, unmet medical needs and even suicide are our
reality.
Please work together to bring relief to those of us who are
suffering. We would all prefer to have a job, but there are not enough
to go around. The young and older unemployed are especially hurting
because of the unspoken, unacknowledged age bias that exists in the
employment market.
Pass a bill guaranteeing extended unemployment benefits for 99ers. We will remember and we vote.

Sitting in the House W&M gathering dust. Called Camp's office and was told that the bill is in committee. It's going nowhere, doreenb.
