This is great news and I am happy that this guy won this lawsuit....Maybe if more employers were made to pay up.....then they would stop all the discrimination that they are doing....

My husband sued his previous boss. We settled out of court and just went through Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. It's Free.....
His boss laid him off while he was in a coma from a massive heart attack. ( Nice guy ) . My husband was awarded $35,000. Probably could have been more if we went to court. But it only took a total of 3 visits to the agency and we didn't want to wait out a trial.
It didn't affect unemployment insurance either.
