Thanks for posting.

I am sure some of us on the board can use these tips now. The rest of us need to keep them in mind as we get back into the work force.

I liked this one

Leave Work At Work

Before leaving the office for the day, make a list of the things that you think might plague your mind when you go home or move on to the next day or evening's event. Then tear it up! After tearing up the list, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and say to yourself, "Breathe in love, breathe out peace." After a few of these breaths, envision leaving all of your work concerns and stress behind, as you walk through your office door and turn to lock it.

Man!!!!!! Just returning to work would end the stress... Give me a break! If you are worried about work stress then don't find or look for a job! After 2.5 yrs. out of work, I can deal with a little stress. Sorry, for those wanting a perfect world!! At least for the stress of having a job you get paid for that! But being out of work stress, has no relief!

After two years out of the work force I am sure it will be an adjustment to get back in the work routine. A welcome adjustment when that time comes but an adjustment for sure.

Appreciate the info and will keep these tips in mind when I get the opportunity to go back to work.

I was under a lot of stress at work. No matter how well we did it was never good enough. A week before I was layed off I was in the hospital for chest pains due to stress
