Otellini announced prior to Obama's speech that Intel will hire 4,000
Americans this year. He also announced a new manufacturing plant being
built in Arizona.
I sure hope that these are Americans and NOT those dastardly H1B visa wannabes.

4,000 Americans. Most likely, however they will all be temps/contract employees. (No benefits, 6 month contract) Intel only hires current college people (Ivy league college), H1B engineers, or military veterans with the required background
