HIDDEN JOB MARKET SECRETS Cold Calling Your Way into the Executive Suite
Cold calling is among the top, proven job search techniques, especially for accessing the hidden job market. Cold calling produces leads that result in job offers because personal connections are established very early in the process.
If you don't use cold calling then you may be missing out on
unadvertised jobs. Cold calling is more effective than just sending or
emailing a resume because it allows you to create a personal
relationship and have a specific contact person for follow up.
This article provides step by step instructions to streamline your approach.

Re: HIDDEN JOB MARKET SECRETS Cold Calling Your Way into the Executive Suite
20 or 30 years ago there was a con-man/hustler who appeared briefly on TV.
The man had various ways to pan-handle/con money out of people...
1)Dress in a VERY nice suit go hang out at an executive washroom, (find your own). Explain to a passing executive type how you have a very important lunch engagement with a new client and your wallet was stolen...If he could lend you 50 or a hundred and give you his address...you will pay him back. (peer-presure)
2)Go to same washrooms as (1) and this time chain a bowling ball around your neck...explain your crazy wife to did it..help to passing executive.
when you send in resumes and or fill out applications to non-hiring companies, isn't this at least similar mto cold calling???
