Looks like they are in session a whole four days before they get a week off.
Does anyone know if these blowhards will be talking on C-span the week of 14,15,16,17th.
about the merits of giving the Unemployed an additional 14 wks???

Re: House of Representative's Calendar
when they're in washington they're off! Well I was going to ask that someone who knew how to follow and track progression of bills (ours) and post stages of where its at and/or may be going. Its all too confusing! But if they're on 4 days its a cinch it won't be this week or next that anything at all is going to get done! Besides too optimistic!

They started on Jobs and the Economy at the end of the week. Hopefully that is a build up to introduction of HR 589!

Re: House of Representative's Calendar
Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. on House floor try to stop over 9 hours of debate to get down to the issue of UNEMPLOYMENT. As you can see, he was overruled by "the other side".
