Fri June 17th HR 589 now has 83 co-sponsors
I have been checking in the forum daily for some time now...
I don't recall seeing a posting pointing out the fact that HR 589 now has 83 co-sponsors.
This is but a small Victory (an additional co-sponsors)....but I need ALL the positive news I can get..
Can't tell who was the lates to sign-on, but I am noticing Dennis Kucinich has finnaly signed on as a co-sponsor...

This is totally nuts that this bill is still sitting.
I have been emailing constantly to Dave Camp and the committee and all my reps and other reps too!
I have never felt so frustrated with my government in my life as I feel now.
I am actually looking forward to riots because I feel that is the only way to force our government to do something for us.
Every day I check to see if anything is happening with Congress and they either do nothing or they work on bills that are not even important to the people. This is absolutely crazy.

Dennis Kuncinich has been a co-sponsor since March. The latest to sign on is Rep. Tim Ryan [D] OH-17.

Angry and depressed how we are being ignored and totally forgotten. The only thing that can shake our reps is a good, old protest, nothing else will work.

If that does not work, than a good 'ole " French " Revolution may be what is needed. Something like the Arab Spring for starters. I'm reading from Media sources that it's going to start in Washington on Oct. 6, 2011! We're going to have the "American Autumn" !!!

Why the heck doesn't Shelley Berkley sign on?? Last summer she sponsored a bill to help the 99ers.....if you live in her district in NV please contact her about co-sponsoring HR589.

There's a huge effort out here pleading with her to continue supporting any legislation which helps the exhaustees. I will have to renew my own efforts since I've been out of the country for a while. Nevada is really hurting even though our unemployment rate has supposedly gone down. No one believes the figures.

Thanx Tiers. NV is still dead last at 12.1%,,,,,

Berkley should be on board with HR589 for the sake of her constituents.

Exactly. We were above 13% at one point but no one feels any difference. Smells like "Jumbo Shrimp" to me.

Actually with Congressman Wiener resigning were now down to 82. He was one of our best supporters. The Republicans don't have the balls to do anything!

Lol it's Weiner not Wiener but who's counting.....
Republicans seem to have balls aplenty to try to kill America.....
I was shocked--honestly shocked--at the letter my (formerly) moderate Repub congressman sent me defending his 'yes' vote for Paul Ryan's Budget.....
