I can do it, sort of. There are tutorials on Twitter that help out.

Yeah, sort of. LOL, kind of new at it but it isn't hard to do. I still fax and email but it's fun to reply to some of the tweets people like Speaker Boehner's office put out, among others. I highly recommend tweeting as a way to make our Reps aware of H.R. 589 and other issues. It's also a good way to contact media.

Re: Debate it!
After listening to obama this morning he gave me that bad feeling once again. He never ever mentions the long term unemployed or so called 99ers.Now why is that,i"m sure he gets letter after letter about some poor soul losing his house or not being able to feed there kids. Its so disturbing to me that i have a hard time listening or even watching him on tv anymore.I feel he is turning his back on us now like he did his own party. We have such a long road ahead of us with this bill. They will probably do the same thing in june and just extend unemployment for the tiers--1--2--3's again and forget about the 99ers.

Re: Debate it!
I wish that someone in the media would ask President Obama about the 99ers at a news conference. Too much to hope for, I guess

Sick & Tired wrote:"Previously, there was some confusion
regarding how this legislation would be funded. This issue has been
clarified and the bill will be paid for by funds from the ARRA (American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009), specifically funds from the
American Appropriations Act of 2009. Due to current cost cutting
measures in Congress, appropriate funding for this bill was essential,
if it were to get any consideration for passage."
glad to finally hear for sure its paid for.
Surely if it is paid for, it should pass - right?

Re: Debate it!
From what Gregg Rosen said I got the impression that the bill will not be paid for and presented as emergency spending. He said that if became necesary then they will figure out a way to pay for it.
IMO they should have presented a bill that was paid for from the get go
