GOP AT It Again: HR 1135 The Politicization of Child Hunger
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/rev-al-sharpton/the-politicization-of-chi_b_840764.html
H.R. 1135 -- recently introduced by a group of House Republicans -- is not only pushing for an overall spending limit on means-tested welfare programs, but in an unprecedented and shocking maneuver, states that all food stamp benefits will be eliminated to any family where an adult is striking against an employer for any reason. Translation: any employee who may be bargaining for fair wages so that he/she may not have to put his/her family through the rigors of governmental aide in the first place, will likely think twice before taking such action now for fear of watching a child starve. It is the highest form of intimidation by those that already yield immense power over the nation's working-class and poor.

We have a representative democracy to protect us from "The angry mob"
we may need an angry mob to protect us from our "restrained representatives"

Between HR 1167 and HR 1135 it is getting pretty clear they are looking to enslave the poor. If you take away their access to food then you can manipulate the people to your bidding.... It's coming folks, they are pushing so hard to make it impossible to live without selling your soul to survive. I never thought I would ever feel this way and always thought that people who said this kinda thing were a little off. Well I guess I am now a little off.....

Vile ignorance, greed and power hungry bastards are running rampant in this land. It's a sign of the times. Satan, the bastard of this world is killing all mankind physically and spiritually. It's part of the plan and we're in the midst of good and evil. There's a lot of good hearted people on this forum and we don't deserve to be treated this way. Keep your faith, whatever it is and stay committed to it. It's our only hope. As always the good suffer with the bad. We've seen all the natural disasters going on lately, whether caused by man or not. I had to question it for awhile because of the scientific discoveries messing with the balance of nature. Scientist are experimenting with so many different ways to change the weather and ways to cause natural disasters that it's hard to tell the difference. The worst part is, parts of our government are in on it, especially the military forces to use weather as a weapon or for their intended purposes. On way or another, the evil doers will destroy life as we know it. Keep strong and pray for the best if you're a believer, it'll help to endure the pain inflicted on us.

You are correct, but some people only seem concerned with the second amendment.

These politicians are total hypocrites. They claim that they want to follow the Constitution but, they want to starve whole families of people that exercise the first amendment to speak out against their greedy corporate friends. It's sick.dmbishop wrote:I believe the first ammendment is Freeedom of Speech.
