A recent PBS show called "Need to Know', which was on just last Friday evening shows the plight of our veterans. They reported that 850,000 veterans are unemployed, and that on a given day, over 45,000 veterans are homeless !!! Since I am a 62 year old, former Vietnam vet, old white male, of which I am one of many, I am disappointed by the plight of our veterans.Employers have done nothing to hire or reintegrate our verterans into the workforce.
