besides that the home values have dropped I bet 30 to 40%. thats why there are so many foreclosing because they owe much more than the home is worth and also can't sell them anyway! Thats the big problem. remember yrs ago and they said. Buy a home, its the best investment you'll ever make! Well it was until the bubble popped! IMO!

yeah..I am personally freaking out...re: my home. Roof inspection on Monday..to see if I still qualify for homeowner's insurance w/o getting a new roof. I posted another article on a couple who are being royally ripped off and they bought their house last year.
It never ends.
One day at a time. I might have a heart attack before Monday. And I was going to go picket a job fair in Tampa on Monday. Not now.
