How Obama Can Save 20,000 Jobs

Tell President Obama: Americans Can't Afford This Merger
Dear Jennifer,
President Obama has repeatedly said that job growth is his "singular focus."
So why would he say nothing as the FCC and the Department of Justice
review AT&T’s proposed takeover of T-Mobile — which would cost an
estimated 20,000 Americans their jobs?
He needs to speak up. And that’s why we need you to urge the White House to take a stand against this disastrous deal:
Tell President Obama to Speak Out Against AT&T’s Job-Killing Merger.
Already more than 40,000 people have signed letters telling President Obama,
“If you want to create jobs and spur innovation, this merger must be
stopped.”
Once we get to 50,000 signatures, Free Press will deliver each of your letters as a postcard to the White House:
Tell President Obama: We can’t afford to lose 20,000 American Jobs.
No matter which way you look at this merger it makes no sense. That
Washington would even consider approving a deal that will cost so many
Americans their jobs — during this time of sky-high unemployment — is
unthinkable.
The White House must stop turning a blind eye to this disastrous deal. Help us reach our goal of 50,000 letters to the president.
It’s time President Obama spoke out.
