New jobs and tax dollars coming to Trumbull County
BRACEVILLE TOWNSHIP, Ohio - New jobs will be created in Trumbull County under a planned expansion by an Akron area business.
Commissioners will seek a state loan to help Old Forge Services purchase land and buildings on Shank-Downs Road in Braceville.
The company wants to expand its production
of wooden pallets. "We're looking at creating 10 jobs and the company's
going to bring 20 jobs, plus conceivably more if they add another
division to that company in the future," said Bill Miller, Economic
Development Director.
The project's total cost is about 700-thousand dollars, and will put idle land back on the county's tax roll.
