The arrogant little senator who proclaims he "won" has negotiated to stop his filibuster but he wants reg unemployment shortened to 20 weeks.

This guy Lembke and his minions are every states nightmare the games they are playing with fed funds is really horrible.

A very arrogant, small man is quoted as follows:

"I won," said Sen. Jim Lembke, R-Lemay, leader of the faction blocking the bill. "My goal from the beginning was to send back as much stimulus money as possible, and that's what we accomplished."

"So far his main target is $170 million in weatherization grants and loans to low-income families, local governments, businesses and schools."
