Kansas seems behind the times.....in most states the automated system makes you answer that question before you even get the chance to speak to a real person.
Here I thought the article would be about their Legislature passing the law to follow the Three Year Lookback rule. Nope. Just saying their Labor Dept folks now ask what you're calling about.
