It's tough to say, there are too many things it could be about. If must be important if he is doing a speech at this time of the day. Maybe it's about Cairo, IL? I had seen tweets saying it was about "national security", but that's just rumor.

CNN says Bin Laden was killed in a mansion outside Islamabad in Pakistan, hiding "in plain sight" which will likely strain relations with Pakistan and the US and with Europe.
