I bet we all need new underwear and a fancy latte' would be Heaven!

These articles contradict our true, daily reality, IMO but it's nice to know that life with money still makes the world go round.

I guess next they'll say the economy is improving because people are spending more at the grocery store. When in fact that increased spending is a direct result of more people getting food stamps. To the tune of some 41 million.

Spending more without, oops, factoring in the higher cost of food, sunrise, with those magic cards.

I just don't believe that this stuff could be true. More and more people get laid off every day. More and more people fall into poverty every day. Nothing is getting better for the bottom 98% at all.
It's funny all of the comments below it are bashing it.
Everybody knows it is a bunch of bs.

Every 'projected model' that has to do with number crunching, forecasting & tallies can be skewed to benefit the greater interests of a particular group.
I've sat in on too many of those disgusting meetings to see deception first hand.
Just one example :: a criminal lawyer will search months for a special expert that can produce evidence to help his theiving client in an effort to sway people to see things his way. The government does the same thing seeking experts that can rosey up the picture then releases it into the media stream. They too pay highly respected universities and economists to get what they want the story to be now. . .
The recession is over.
Just not sure why they 'let' Bernanke speak at all.

It's out. I saw it this morning. Try to dig it up...
Bottom line :: it's disappointing

They can "say" the economy is improving but they sure can't prove it. I won't believe it until everyone I know has a job, a real job not some underemployed job.
