Good news! Ron Paul retiring at end of 2012

Well, when he loses the Presidential election for the third time at least he won't be continuing in Congress. Ron Paul has announced that he is retiring from office at the end of 2012. For his fans, don't be sad, after all, he's 75 years old.
I'm sure the Tea Party will lament their loss of a spokesperson. I for one, say god speed.

He was right on the folly of Bush's wars at least, and, unlike his son, he has been open, honest, and consistent in his overall political views, much as I fundamentally disagree with them.
