I dont but can say my whole extended family uses it. They are love it and keep trying to get me to sign up. My X and my son's mother and step dad live in Bahrain on a civilian contract for the US Navy. It works great for them even over there! Its worth a shot and safe as far as they tell me.

Anyone ever download and use the free SKYPE? All comments/advice welcome. I have Windows Vista. We want to try and Skype my niece in Indiana today.
I have a friend who use's it....works fine....several options as to payment plan
1) free limited to PC to PC (i think)
2) for a few dollars you can call to regular phone and they can call you...
3) need at least some headphone/microphone setup...anywhere from
a few bucks on up...(about 10-15$ for decent setup from best buy type store)

Hey I got 2 sets of headphones/microphones to use. Not high end but if you van hear OK, they will work. PM me your address if you decide to use it and I'll send you 1 set for free. In case you are wondering, I have never used either set, came with a school web cam set up but I never used either one so they are "clean"

put the mouse pointer over the icons on top of the posting window...
one of them says host an image (about in the middle) click on it...
Click on the browse button (browse your PC) to select the image to host
Copy and paste the code, put the code into the post window and your done.
this method uploads an image file from your PC to a server on the internet thats specificly there to host image files.
The code you place in the posting window then links to that server

Host an Image (to get a photo from your computer) isn't working right now. I've had this problem before. Should be working again soon.elvis44102 wrote:put the mouse pointer over the icons on top of the posting window...

I usually use a photo from google images. When you find a photo in google images you like (there are millions of them) then click on full size. Copy the link and then go back to your post. Click on "image" Paste the link and press OK. DONE!
